US-based EdTech Company OneScreen debuts in the Tanzanian market

US-based EdTech Company OneScreen yesterday launched all-in-one interactive video collaboration solutions targeting Government, health, education, health, emergencies and businesses across the country.

Speaking during the launch of the company’s services in Dar es Salaam yesterday, the OneScreen  Regional Director Business Development Armughan Muhammad said the launch of the company’s products reiterates its commitment to supporting efficiency and enhancing service delivery in Tanzania

He said his company has evolved from a hardware-focused” thinking to offering today’s intricate combination of software and hardware to create seamless services.

“OneScreen solutions offer the flexibility to customers to communicate. As a company, we believe that the  next generation should have smart tools like ours readily available,” he said.

He said the company’s solutions have been designed in a simple manner allowing conversion of the old technology making them user-friendly to all users.

“We are committed to ensuring that those who invest in this solution use 80 per cent of the features available,” he added.

In terms of after sales care, Muhhamad said the company’s products come with a three-year warranty re-affirming company’s confidence in its products.

“We will repair our products or replace them.  This is a life-time commitment from us,” he said.

Asked on whether the solution is the first of its kind in the Tanzanian market, Mohammad said, “It is not but it’s very unique to the market in terms of product offering such as operating systems, speed, response and after sales support,”.

On his side, Said Seleman, the Technical Head of Office Depot Limited , the authorized distributor of the solution during the event said the company’s solutions offer a platform for users to share multiple devices on both iOS and Windows operating systems.

“The world is growing so fast thanks to the rapid evolution of technology, as a company, we felt duty bound to partner with OneScreen to offer this  wireless and user-friendly solution to enhance efficiency,” he said.

Seleman said his company is now set to roll out the all in one interactive video collaboration solution to various regions across the country including Dodoma, Mbeya, Mwanza and Zanzibar.
