US Ambassador Michael Battle to grace Accelerate Business Group’s Women’s Executive Breakfast

Advisory and consulting firm Accelerate Business Group has organized a Women’s Executive Breakfast scheduled to take place on March 18, 2023 at Johari Rotana in Dar es Salaam under the theme ‘Breaking Glass Ceilings’.

The event will bring together women executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders dedicated to improving the status of women in society.

Speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam, Bernice Fernandes, the Director of Accelerate Business Group said the event will provide a platform for participants to network, share views on women empowerment, and learn from each other’s experiences,

She said the event’s theme ‘Breaking Glass Ceilings’ seeks to explore the challenges that women face in their professional and personal lives together with discussing strategies to overcome them.

“We are excited to hold such a prestigious event for women in the industry that have broken the ceiling in their careers. As women, it is important to come together and share with one another on the successes that we have had. It is also encouraging to hear the journeys of these women in Leadership roles,” Fernandes said.

She noted that event will focus on ways to break down the barriers that prevent women from achieving their full potential and help them to reach greater heights.

Fernandes said the objective of the Women Empowerment Executive Breakfast is to provide a forum for participants to network and exchange ideas on women empowerment, learn from the experiences of successful women leaders, discuss strategies for breaking down the barriers that hinder women’s progress and identify opportunities to support women’s empowerment initiative.
