CRDB Bank tops companies Tanzanians aspire to work for in 2023

CRDB Bank Tanzania has topped the list of companies Tanzanians aspire to work for in 2023 according to the Switch On Business, a business research platform.

According to the report, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tops the list companies Kenyans aspire to work for in 2023 want to work for in 2023 while Qatar Airways tops Uganda’s list.

On the part of Rwanda and Burundi, the United Nations (UN) and United Nations High Commission for Refugee (UNHCR) top the list of companies Rwandese and Burundians aspire to work for respectively.

According to the platform, employees prioritize fair wages, good benefits, and positive work environments when choosing jobs. The top 10 companies they aspire to join offer competitive salaries, growth opportunities, and a chance to make a difference. While the wage gap with the developed world remains.

With a young and growing workforce in Africa, as a result, there is a high demand for skilled and qualified workers. This has led to an increase in the number of companies operating in Africa, as well as a rise in the number of Africans looking for jobs.

“Thirteen African countries can count the United Nations or one of its agencies — UNHCR, Unicef, or the World Food Programme – as their most desirable workplace. Africa is a key point of focus for the UN, which attempts to work closely with locals in order to “help Africa help itself.” In fact, of 125,436 global employees, 44,276 (35.3%) of UN’s staff work in Africa.”

Capitec Bank – South Africa

Debswana – Botswana
